PROGRAMADOR UNIVERSAL UPA V1.2 El UPA-USB V1.2 es programador de memorias seriales y microprocesadores que no requiere alimentacion externa ya que se alimenta a través del puerto USB. Con este programador universal se puede tener acceso a la memoria de las computadoras de autos para modificar parámetros tales como numero VIN, numeros secretos PIN del inmovilizador, adaptar computadoras, virginizar, cambiar kilometrajes, desinmobilizar y otras funciones mas.
